Cutie New Year
Baby New Year is a personification of the start of a new year, commonly seen on New Year's greeting cards and in advertising illustrations.
Baby New Year is also famous for his role in the classic stop-motion TV special RUDOLPH'S SHINY NEW YEAR.

Vuitton Cutie
The fashion-house Louis Vuitton and artist Takashi Murakami have done multiple collaborations, but I didn't know that they had done plush! This little guy (who I'm calling Louie) has the iconic LV symbols on his adorable ears, and the bright colors that are Murakami's signature. So frickin wonderful, he gets a big Hello There Cutie!!! xxxo

HoHo Cutie
This vintage Santa figurine was made in Japan and amuses me greatly... doesn't Mr. Claus look a bit tipsy? I hope he isn't drinking & driving his sleigh in three nites! And another question: is that a Gucci belt he's wearing? If yes, Santa baby can bring me a present indeed!!! Hello There Cutie Claus! xxxo

1930s Cutie
In honor of the last pm of Hanukkah, we present this cutie lighting her menorah. It's a postcard printed in the 1930s, and illustrated by Annie Bergman. This little gal is being so careful with her matches and has such an intent expression on her face... a v. serious cutie is she! If we told her about Cutemaskah, might it make her smile a wee bit? xxxo

3D Cuties - 1
Lenticular printing is a technology in which a lenticular lens is used to produce images with an illusion of depth, or the ability to change or move as the image is viewed from different angles. This process creates the illusion of 3-dimensional imagery. I have a collection of vintage Lenticular postcards, here is the first one:
This charming winter scene is both beautiful and sweet, as we witness a deer family frolicking in the snow before a gorgeous, but minimally decorated Christmas tree.

Kawaii Cutemaskah Cutie
Tenshi Neko means “Angel Kitten” in Japanese, and she is totally Kawaii (which means cutie!). Here Tenshi Neko is on a coin purse in her Cutemaskah holiday dress and tiara. It looks like her magic wand (or is it a scepter?) has fallen into the snow... I hope one of her friends is there to help. Hello There Cutie!!! xxxo

Un-Bearably Cutie
I don't know why, but this vintage (flocked!!!) bear holiday card feels very Hawaiian to me. Could be how she's strummin her guitar, or how the holly reminds me of a flower behind the ear. Either way, she's a major cutie that woulda made this little girl happy to find in her post box! xxxo

Meshugeneh, But Cute
"Meshugeneh" is the Yiddish word for "crazy"...but this cute monkey doesn't look any more insane than your average simian. What a great gift he would make on one of the remaining nights of Hanukkah!

These vintage Snow-man and Snow-woman salt and pepper shakers sure make me want to shake-shake-shake. Their big sweet eyes (with lashes that go on for miles) and shy expressions seem to be wishing us all a Happy Cutemaskah! Hello There Cuties!!! xxxo
