Pseudo Panda Cuties

This one goes under the heading of "cute but strange."

These little girls in China are taking part in the newest craze taking over the country: dying animals to look like other wild animals. As if a chow chow isn't adorable enough, these "panda's" are really chow chow's dyed to look like panda's. As recent as 10 years ago you could find dogs in restaurants there (trust me, I've seen it!) so I guess this is a step in the right direction of loving and appreciating dogs as pets... Next step we hope is just loving them for the perfectly imperfect creatures they are! Hello There Cuties and xxxo

Panda Cutie

Another graffiti-esque posting today (don't worry, HTC isn't turning subversive!). This sign was seen in SF posted near a construction site and brought up the question: What would panda do? Does this refer to SF Giant Pablo Sandoval or the construction behind this or is an age old wisdom now coming to light? Whatever it is, we say Hello There Cutie! xxxo

Panda's are another animal that almost automatically goes into the 'cutie" category. Add in that this is a panda wearing a strawberry hat and is an adjustable ring, beyond cute. Sanrio Cuties

Pankun is a baby panda who was abandoned in a forest where pandas live. His favorite possession is an old mitten that was in the box with him when he was abandoned. Pankun loves bread, and his tummy rumbles whenever he sees the two pieces of bread, Shokupan and Koppepan. Gosh Sanrio is cute but weird... we love it!!! xxxo

Snowman Cuties

We love our bunnies here at Hello There Cutie. When there's both bunny and panda snowmen, it takes us to a v. happy holiday place. If only this card from Zazzle had said "Have a Cutie Cutemaskah" instead, I think we might have bought them all! Hello There Cuties!!! xxxo

Japanese Matches

The Japanese seem appreciate that everyday items can be both cute and functional... I loves it! Even matches can be adorable, as evidenced by these adorable matchstick containers. I might have a problem burning a bunny -or- panda bear head smiley match but hey, it's darn cute!
