Playground Cutie

I might be seeing my little friend Anouk tonite and whenever I do, my mind goes straight to playing. This playground is La Laguna Playground in San Gabriel so a bit far to drive, darnit! What makes this p-ground so cool is that instead of traditional equipment, it's populated by 14 concrete monster sculptures instead. Built in a sand-filled lagoon in 1965, it was designed by Mexican artist Benjamin Dominguez and saved from demolition in 2006.
