Hearst Cutie

Another posting from my Hearst Castle adventure last week... this cutie was seen on the ceiling inside the indoor Roman pool house. The entire building is super ornate and detailed, so it was funny to spy such a primitive illustrated tile peering down at me. His smile is sweet yet those eyes kinda sinister... well, whether good or evil I say Hello There Cutie!!! xxxo

Cherub Cutie

A break from bday postings for a Hearst Castle cutie! This cherub statue, riding a fish and mocking a "shooting arrow" pose (doesn't that sound like a yoga position?) is at the pool of the main house. I adore the innocence of his expression and, as a sucker for baby bellies, his little tummy. Aww, Hello There Cutie! xxxo

Sneezy Bday Cuties

Fog gives me allergies (yet I live in San Francisco?). Anyway, the allergies have driven me bonkers so am down the coast in Cambria being a good tourist: Hearst Castle here I come!
