Always game for an artsy collaboration, Louis Vuitton is marking the 2012 London Olympics and Paralympics with an exhibition in their London store by showing a selection of limited-edition prints celebrating the Games by Britain’s top art stars. The one above is by Anthea Hamilton, who I adore for her DaDa-ist sensibility, and caught my eye for both the idea of juggling the rings on feet with the pool background as a pattern. Pseudo Panda Cuties

This one goes under the heading of "cute but strange."

These little girls in China are taking part in the newest craze taking over the country: dying animals to look like other wild animals. As if a chow chow isn't adorable enough, these "panda's" are really chow chow's dyed to look like panda's. As recent as 10 years ago you could find dogs in restaurants there (trust me, I've seen it!) so I guess this is a step in the right direction of loving and appreciating dogs as pets... Next step we hope is just loving them for the perfectly imperfect creatures they are! Hello There Cuties and xxxo

A Charuca Cutemaskah!

Look what we found in our Inbox cuties... a card from our friends at Charuca in Spain! These adorable little friends (don't we all wish we had a reindeer pal?) seem to be deep in holiday spirit, and I'm guessing that one of those holidays is Cutemaskah. Fall Back Cuties

This weekend is my fave nap-enabled date... Daylight Savings Time ends! As a result, we "fall back" and get an extra hours sleep. Extra sleep = happy me. So please don't forget to "fall back" on Sunday and have a wonderful weekend too! xxxo

Not Another Bill Cuties

I recently heard about a service out of the UK that I adore. Called "Not Another Bill," this is the brainchild of Ned Corbett-Winder, who is allowing us to get a surprises (not bills) in the mail! For £20 a month in the US, Ned will send you a fabulous present that is both creative and cute from a (v. small) vendor of his choosing. From what I can see on the website, it's all super creative and fabulous... a perfect present for any guy or gal! (hint: my b-day is 08/08) Hello There Cutie!!! xxxo

KidRobot and artist Heidi Kenney collaborated again, and this time came up with a pancake plushie pillow! Wake up to a cutie & cheerful stack of pancakes smiling a big "good morning" without any calories. Sounds heavenly to me... xxxo

The French company Arkiane has modern indoor & outdoor fireplaces, many of which are available either built in or wall mounted. Some are also available as ceiling suspended or floor models. In all instances, they are beyond cute! xxxo

How we love our oddly cute Japanese things here at Hello There Cutie... today's example is a cell-phone charm that has an actual plant growing in it. Traincases Are Cute!

For many years, when my parents would go on a trip my Mom would carry a Blue Samsonite Traincase like this one. I always thought it was sooo sophisticated, and I now have a few in different colors. Practical and cute, I do adore them! xxxo

Passover Cuteness

Tonight is the first night of Passover and many families will be gathering around the table for a Sedar dinner. Sanrio Cuties

Pankun is a baby panda who was abandoned in a forest where pandas live. His favorite possession is an old mitten that was in the box with him when he was abandoned. Pankun loves bread, and his tummy rumbles whenever he sees the two pieces of bread, Shokupan and Koppepan. Gosh Sanrio is cute but weird... we love it!!! xxxo

Cute Kara

Superman's cute younger cousin Kara Zor-El appeared in the 6-issue comic book miniseries Supergirl: Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade.  In this series, Kara is a typical tween from Krypton's moon, Argo, who unintentionally ends up on Earth, taking the identity of 8th grader Linda Lee. The series has been collected into a trade paperback.
