Cute & Comforting


I baked an apple pie this morning. The warm and comforting aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg always means that Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I wore my baking apron, but unlike this cutie, I won't have to sneak into the kitchen to carve out a slice!

Cute Harvest


Thanksgiving (or as I like to call it "Thanksvegan") is two weeks away! These cuties are getting ready-gathering up pumpkins, apples, pears and other autumn goodies with the help of their adorable animal friends. A good reminder to start writing out my grocery shopping list for the big day.

"How" Cute


The word "How" (haau) is used common as a greeting, perhaps inaccurately, by some Native Americans. The Oxford English Dictionary claims that the word was originally used by missionary Jean de Brébeuf to indicate an "sign of approval" and was used by the Huron or Wyandot tribes. But how cute are these Native American cut-outs?
