Squirrel Cuties

From the 1970s book "35 Tales For Tiny Tots Told by Mother Squirrel," this adorable illustration has Mother with a freshly baked cherry-pie. Perhaps this is a get well, (or, with her scolding finger, a "save til later") sweet for the cutie squirrel tot who is happily awake in his bed.
